Camp Fire Southeast Michigan (SEM) Council invites you to participate in our annual fundraiser Blue Jeans & BBQ.
Camp Fire SEM invites you to lend your support as a both a participant and youth sponsor for those serving our country, through our Camp 4 Military Kids. The Blue Jeans & BBQ event event works to assist Camp Fire SEM in providing what we call “campships” to allow the children of military personnel to attend our 2016 summer camp free of charge. With your help, we can reach our goal to ensure that at least 10 children from military families have the opportunity to enjoy the camp experience.
Hosted at Camp Wathana, guests enjoy music provided by two great local bands, delicious BBQ, craft beer and so much more!
Think you’re ready to become a youth sponsor?
As a youth sponsor, you will receive recognition in all promotional materials plus high visibility signage at the event. In addition, you will receive acknowledgement on the Camp Fire SEM website and in all of our social media vehicles. Many sponsor levels include tickets to the event.
Most of all, you will help send children of military families to camp. Help us share experiences of a life time, in turn, providing a foundation for these youth to find, and maintain their “spark” as their parents serve our country.
